1. Who we are. Travel Plug ("the Service") is operated by Watson Legacy Group LLC (1207 Delaware Ave #3607, Wilmington, DE 19806) ("Watson Legacy Group," "WLG," "we," "us") — the seller of record for the Service and the party you contract with. Watson Legacy Group Inc. (539 W. Commerce St #3207, Dallas, TX 75208) is our parent holding company and is identified alongside us in the footer for transparency; your agreement for the Service is with Watson Legacy Group LLC. By using travelplug.app you agree to these Terms.
2. Age — 21+. The Service is intended for adults 21 and over. Some nightlife and adult-entertainment content is adult-oriented, and you must confirm you are 21+ to access it. The Service is not directed to anyone under 21, and you may not use it if you are under 21.
3. AI-generated content — please read. Our guides, search results, and AI Concierge are generated by artificial intelligence. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always verify venues, hours, prices, safety, visas, and local laws yourself before relying on anything. Travel Plug is for entertainment and general information only and is not professional travel, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice. You travel at your own risk.
4. Memberships & billing. The Black Card is a recurring subscription billed through Whop, our payment processor. It renews automatically at the then-current price and billing interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel anytime through your Whop account (whop.com → Memberships) or by emailing watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com, effective at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then. Prices and features may change with notice. One-time AI Guides are single, non-recurring digital purchases. The 72-Hour Pass is a single, non-recurring purchase that unlocks full app access for 72 hours from the moment you activate your license key; it does not renew, and access ends automatically when the 72 hours elapse.
5. Payments. Consumer purchases (the Black Card, the 72-Hour Pass, and AI Guides) are processed by Whop, our payment processor; advertising and business placements are processed by Stripe. Each may use its own sub-processors. We never see or store your full card details. Charges may appear on your statement as Whop or Stripe.
6. Refunds. All sales are final. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Affiliate & referral program. Members may earn referral commissions as described in the app, paid through Whop and subject to its rules. We may change or end the program at any time, and commissions may be withheld for fraud or abuse.
8. Acceptable use. Don't use the Service for anything illegal, don't abuse or overload our systems or AI, and don't resell or redistribute our content or access without permission.
9. Third-party venues, operators & advertisers. Travel Plug surfaces venues, tours, experiences, and affiliate partners operated by independent third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for those third parties, their availability, pricing, safety, or conduct. Affiliate and sponsored placements are disclosed on our Disclosures page and labeled where they appear. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
10. No guarantees; limitation of liability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watson Legacy Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, from AI-generated information, or from any third-party venue, operator, or advertiser. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Watson Legacy Group LLC and its officers, members, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Binding arbitration & class-action waiver. PLEASE READ — THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. You and WLG agree to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property infringement in court. You and WLG each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. Arbitration will be held in your county of residence, or as otherwise provided by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, and WLG will pay arbitration fees beyond the filing fee to the extent those rules require. If multiple similar claims are filed in coordination, the parties agree to staged or batched resolution consistent with AAA mass-arbitration procedures. 30-day opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name and the product purchased; opting out does not affect any other section and will not affect your access. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
13. Governing law & venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Contact. Questions? Email watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com or call +1 (320) 438-5230. Watson Legacy Group LLC, 1207 Delaware Ave #3607, Wilmington, DE 19806.

The short version. We collect as little as possible, and we do not sell your data. The one thing to know: when you use our AI features, the words you type are sent to our AI provider to generate your answer — so don't enter anything you wouldn't want processed by an AI service.
Who we are. Travel Plug is operated by Watson Legacy Group LLC (Wilmington, DE), the seller of record, with Watson Legacy Group Inc. (Dallas, TX) as parent holding company. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect. Information you submit through our contact form (name, email, message); the text you type into our AI features; your Black Card, 72-Hour Pass, or Guide license key (to unlock access); and basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics. Payment and membership details are handled by Whop — we never see your full card number.
What actually leaves your device. We name every provider and what each one receives:
• Vercel (hosting) — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) and privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics. Serves the site.
• Anthropic (AI provider) — the text you type into AI Search, the AI Concierge, the guides, and the Legacy Blueprint, plus, for the live Concierge, related web-search queries. Anthropic processes this only to generate your response. Your inputs are not used to train AI models. Please don't enter sensitive personal information into AI fields.
• Whop (payments + licensing) — your payment and contact details at checkout, under Whop's own privacy policy; Whop returns whether your license is active. Charges may appear as Whop.
• Stripe (advertising payments) — if you purchase an advertising placement, your payment details are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
• FormSubmit (contact-form relay) — the name, email, and message you submit through our contact form, delivered to our support inbox.
• GetYourGuide (affiliate partner) — when you tap a tours/experiences link, standard affiliate-attribution data so any booking is credited to Travel Plug, under GetYourGuide's own policy.
How we use it. To run the Service, answer your questions, generate AI responses, process memberships, credit affiliate referrals, and improve Travel Plug.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers listed above, as needed to operate, and when required by law.
Retention. Contact messages and license records are kept only as long as needed to provide support, handle disputes, and meet legal and tax obligations, and are reviewed periodically. Data stored on your device stays there until you clear it.
Your choices. Email watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com to access or delete information we hold. You can cancel your membership anytime through Whop.
Cookies & local storage. We store small flags on your device to remember your access and preferences — specifically your license key (tp_license or tp_guide) and your 21+ confirmation (tp_adult_confirmed). Our analytics (Vercel) is cookieless. Affiliate links may set third-party attribution cookies. You can clear all of these anytime in your browser.
Age. Travel Plug is intended for adults 21 and over and is not directed to anyone under 21.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards, keep payment handling with our processor, and keep our AI key server-side so it never reaches your browser. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes & contact. We'll post material changes here with an updated date. watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com · +1 (320) 438-5230 · Watson Legacy Group LLC, 1207 Delaware Ave #3607, Wilmington, DE 19806.

The short version. All sales are final. The 72-Hour Pass grants immediate, time-limited access and is non-refundable once your license key is activated. We don't offer refunds or exchanges. Digital access delivers instantly and can't be "returned." Please review product descriptions, previews, and this policy carefully before purchasing — by completing checkout you agree to this policy.
1. All sales final. All purchases of Travel Plug digital products — Black Card memberships (including all subscription payments already made), the 72-Hour Pass, and one-time AI Guides — are final and non-refundable, except as stated in Section 3 or where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Subscriptions. The Black Card renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime through your Whop account (whop.com → Memberships) or by emailing watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com — cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already processed are not refunded, in whole or in part, including for unused time in a billing period.
3. The only exceptions. We will make it right, up to and including a refund where the law requires one, only in these situations: (a) your purchase completed but access delivery failed and our support cannot restore it within a reasonable time; (b) the product is materially broken in a way that defeats its core purpose and we cannot fix it or provide equivalent access; (c) payment-processing errors such as duplicate or unrecognized charges, which are handled by our payment processor, Whop; (d) unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, as determined under applicable law and card-network rules; (e) where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence grants you a remedy, that law controls.
4. EU / EEA / UK — right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. For digital content, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins. If you have not yet accessed the content, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund by contacting watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com.
5. Australia. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies those guarantees.
6. Chargebacks. Please contact watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve legitimate issues fast. Chargebacks inconsistent with delivered access and this agreed policy may result in suspension or termination of access where permitted by law and platform rules.
7. Who the seller is. Watson Legacy Group LLC is the seller of, and support contact for, Travel Plug — responsible for the products, their content and delivery, customer support, and this policy. Payments are processed through Whop, our payment processor, and may appear on your statement as Whop. Product, access, and refund questions come to us at watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com; payment-layer questions go to Whop per your receipt.
8. Questions. watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com · +1 (320) 438-5230 · Watson Legacy Group LLC, 1207 Delaware Ave #3607, Wilmington, DE 19806. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
